You should get to the Quito airport 1.5 hrs before any Galapagos flight. The airlines may say to get there sooner but its a small airport and the process is straightforward. When checking in the airline will tell you what to do next, you need to wait in another line and pay a fee, then go through security, thats it! Also fill out a form.
